Over the past decade, Algeria's economic landscape has undergone significant changes, offering new opportunities and challenges to organizations. In response, the Algerian government has actively promoted entrepreneurship among its young citizens through various support programs, including ANADE (L'Agence Nationale d'Appui et de Développement de l'Entrepreneuria). This has led to a growing number of entrepreneurs in the country, with a noteworthy increase in female entrepreneurs. However, the phenomenon of female entrepreneurship in Djelfa, an interior region of Algeria, remains relatively unexplored. This study aims to examine the experiences of female entrepreneurs in Djelfa who have benefited from ANADE's assistance in creating their own businesses. It will explore the process of starting their businesses, the nature of their companies, and the obstacles they have encountered along their entrepreneurial journey. By highlighting the experiences of these women entrepreneurs, this research seeks to provide insights into the impact of ANADE's support in fostering female-led business ventures and encouraging further entrepreneurial action in Djelfaen_US
