dc.description.abstractAbstract: This thesis aims to highlight the importance of digitalization in public organizations and address the challenges they face in adopting digital processes. Through a well-structured approach, the study explores the concepts of performance and digitalization, emphasizing the need for public sectors organizations to embrace digital transformation. By examining the current state of digitalization in public organizations and the hurdles they encounter, specifically in the National Pension Fund local agency, this research emphasizes the significance of concerted efforts to stay abreast of technological advancements. Ultimately, the study advocates for increased efforts in digitalization to enhance the performance and of public organizations in an ever-evolving digital landscape.en_US
