Résumé:
With the crucial expansion of companies, the development of markets, the constant evolution of needs and especially the fierce competition that is increasing day by day, the company, to face it, must turn to its human resources which is considered as the essential engine of wealth creation and also an asset of differentiation against the competition.
A company that is aware of the importance of people at work must take charge of its recruitment policy, a function that is now recognized as a performance tool in order to attract the best skills.
To better understand this phenomenon, we took NAFTAL as a case study, with the objective of analyzing its recruitment process and its contribution to the achievement of the skills research objective.
In order to achieve this objective, we used a qualitative method based on a semi-structured interview and a documentary analysis in order to collect the necessary data and to be able to draw results providing elements of answers.
After processing the collected data, we came to the following conclusion: NAFTAL attaches importance to recruitment, by establishing a more or less adequate recruitment process that attracts the necessary skills to ensure the company's sustainability. However, there are still elements to be developed and implemented despite the many recruitment efforts made.
